Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The eclectic decor in the rooms provided a unique and interesting atmosphere. The distance between rooms can be a downside, especially after early requests and multiple automated responses. However, the value for money is excellent, especially with access to the club lounge and the welcoming happy hour hosted by the fantastic staff like Mandy & Jasmine.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. While the rooms were a bit far apart from each other, they were clean and very functional, with a modern touch and exceptionally clean. The service was excellent and helpful overall, but there was a slight hiccup with a rude response from staff regarding a specific request. The location, though strategic, was slightly marred by a breakfast issue, but being right next to Tanglin Mall offered plenty of food options. The dining experience was very good, offering diverse options, although the famous buffets were too busy to try. The facilities were up to standard and provided everything I needed.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were simply furnished but incredibly comfortable, with a clean kitchen well-stocked with tea, coffee, and more. The bedroom was immaculate, cozy, and smart, plus had a beautiful view. Being able to relax on the sofa by the big window and watch the city below was a real treat. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and attentive staff offering a great choice of breakfast and evening meals. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although clean, had some existing hairs which was a downside. There was a power outage during my stay from 3 am to 4 am, which was inconvenient. The service was really nice and helpful, but there were issues with traffic due to the hotel's outdated car park design. The location was good but needed refurbishment. Overall, it was an okay stay with some ups and downs.

Despite an advance request for early check-in and the very early arrival, the hotel was very spacious for our family, nice and clean, and allows me to use either the club or the lobby restaurant for breakfast. The staff, from check-in to check-out, sweats yet continue to put on a smile, were all excellent and looked after us exceptionally well, and are extremely polite and helpful, accommodating my early check-in request. It's right by a MRT/subway station as well as a mall with restaurants and shops, making it easy to move around. The dining experience, after 9 am, was tasty with a good variety from all over the globe, suggesting exploring Singapore for dinner.
